1. Personal data operators
Operators: LLC SVL and/or Individual Entrepreneur Plakhov Sergey Vyacheslavovich, depending on the selected service and contract. Contacts and requisites are published on the requisites page.
2. Data processed
- For all clients: full name, phone, e-mail, pick-up and destination addresses, trip details, payment details and correspondence.
- For self-drive rental: date of birth, passport details, driver license, document images, additional driver data, vehicle photos/videos, mileage, fines, toll roads, accidents and damage details.
- For individual entrepreneurs and companies: requisites, TIN, KPP, OGRN/OGRNIP, address, bank details, signatory data and powers of attorney.
3. Purposes
Receiving requests, calculating price, contacting the client, concluding and performing contracts, preparing documents, issuing receipts, checking driving rights, transferring and returning the vehicle, photo/video inspection, recovering fines or damage, protecting company rights and complying with law.
4. Processing actions
Collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer to drivers, contractors, insurers, banks and payment services when needed for contract performance, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
5. Storage period
Data is stored until processing purposes are achieved or longer if required for accounting, tax records, dispute resolution, protection of rights or contract performance.
6. Client rights
The client may request information about processing, ask to update data, withdraw consent and request termination of processing in cases provided by law.
7. Security
Data is not published openly. Access is limited. Documents and photos are used only for request, contract and legal purposes.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies and analytics counters. The user may restrict cookies in browser settings.
