3. Financial terms
Current case: the current rate depends on the rental period including VAT; rental from 1 day; 225,000 rubles for 30 days including VAT; deposit 30,000 rubles; mileage limit 200 km/day or 4,500 km per 30 days; overage 40 rubles/km; fuel paid by renter; allowed fuel AI-95 — AI-100.
4. Deposit
The deposit secures the booking and then secures obligations after vehicle transfer. It is returned after checking vehicle condition, mileage, fuel, fines, toll roads, parking and other obligations, within up to 30 calendar days.
5. Fines and expenses
Dirty return: 6,000 rubles. Heavy contamination/dry cleaning: actual expenses, at least 35,000 rubles. Smoking: 5,000 rubles plus actual expenses. Fine processing: 500 rubles. Lost/damaged key: at least 30,000 rubles or actual expenses if higher.
6. Inspection
Photo/video inspection is made before transfer and on return: body, cabin, trunk, mileage, fuel, keys, documents, completeness and GAC M8 inspection scheme.
