1. General provisions
SV TRANSFER accepts requests for trips with driver and self-drive rental of the GAC M8.
Specific terms are fixed in a request, contract, act, invoice, correspondence or another confirmation.
Requests may be placed through the website, bot, MAX, Avito or a manager.
2. Service types
- trip with driver
- route transfer
- car with driver for one or several days
- self-drive car rental
3. Booking
A booking is confirmed after the essential terms are agreed. For self-drive rental, a deposit may be required. For trips with driver, prepayment may be required.
4. Payment
Payment may be made in cash, by card, bank transfer or another agreed method. Receipts or confirming documents are issued when required.
For LLC SVL, prices may include VAT. For Individual Entrepreneur Plakhov, services are provided without VAT under the simplified tax regime.
5. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and transfer rules are fixed in the request or contract. In case of late cancellation, actual expenses may be withheld.
6. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for accuracy of data, actions of passengers, compliance with the contract, damage, fines, contamination and other expenses in accordance with the applicable terms.
7. Document exchange
Documents may be exchanged on paper, by e-mail, through the website, bot, MAX or another agreed communication channel. Correspondence may confirm agreed terms.
8. Not taxi
The vehicle is not used as taxi or route taxi. Use for taxi, delivery, car sharing, sublease and other non-agreed purposes is prohibited.
